Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by phone or preferably WhatsApp at least 12 hours before booking. In the case of late notification/arrival Make Make will do its best to accommodate you if there is availability. However, in the case of a no-show (considered as such if the client does not arrive within 10 minutes of the assigned start time) or too late notification of a cancellation Make Make reserves the right to charge a €10 penalty.
