Tuina (Chinese massage)
Tuina (Chinese massage)
Where tradition meets well-being
Service Description
Tuina (推拿), literally translated as "pushing and shaking," is a therapeutic massage technique that is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This technique is based on the principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine (without the use of needles) and focuses on stimulating acupuncture points and energy meridians in the body, aiming to restore the balance between Yin and Yang and promote the flow of Qi (vital energy) through the channels or meridians. Tuina massage not only uses pressure on specific points but also kneading, rubbing, tapping, and stretching movements to relieve pain, improve circulation, and restore the body's energy balance.
